New to Mangawhai

My partner and I and our 1-year-old moved to Mangawhai at the end of November 2022.

My partner is an electrician who currently works in the community and my son has just started at daycare which allows me to go back to work, hooray!

I will be working in Movewell physio in the heads on Monday from 7 am to 2 pm and hope to add more days soon.

I am originally from Scotland and have been in New Zealand for the last 7 years. My work background is in football, rugby, running and triathletes, and most recently worked for Emirates Team NZ for the 2021 American cup. I have a lot of experience with chronic injuries and injury prevention.

Trained in Yin Yoga and would like to start a class in the community in the near future.
